Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech » Transfer to the Riad


Morocco 11-Day Itinerary, begins with a pickup from the Menara airport in Marrakech. A marvelous tour driver guide will transfer you to the Riad in medina, where you will spend the night in a traditional riad.


Day 2: Marrakech Sightseeing Tour


Explore the Red City of Marrakech on your second day in Morocco. A local tour guide will be your companion for today, a guide who will lead you safely and do his best to show you what Marrakech has to show, both in history and culture. The day’s first attraction to visit is the Koutoubia Mosque, renowned for its magnificent minaret. Next, head to the Medina, the city’s historic core, where winding alleyways lead to renowned structures such as Bahia Palace, where you will see beautiful Moorish grandeur and lush, delicately tiled grounds. While you still in the Medina, you will also visit the Saadian Tombs, Ben Youssef Quranic Mosque, lastly visit the Jamaa el F’na Square, where you will say goodbye to your local guide and continue strolling on your own. Overnight at the same yesterday’s Riad.


Day 3: Marrakech » Tizi N’Tichka » Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah » Ouarzazate » Rose Valley » Boumalne Dades (Gorge)


Today we continue the 11-day Morocco tour, travelling from the cultural city of Marrakech to the rocks of Boumalne Dades. The day boasts numerous fascinating stops, the first of which is at Tizi N Tichka Pass, nestled in the heart of the High Atlas Mountains. The stop we will make is only for catching a memorable picture and witnessing the magical view. Furthermore, we will continue to visit Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, one of Morocco’s most famous Kasbahs, which dates back to the 11th century. Since 1987, UNESCO has registered it as a World Heritage Site.

After lunch near the Kasbah, we leave for Ouarzazate. A city that has earned the nickname “Hollywood of Morocco”. Ouarzazate has become the most famous city thanks to the many film studios that were built here, which are the main reason for the city’s bright and development. Thereafter, we move on to Boumalne Dades via the Rose Valley and Kalaat M’Gouna. Upon arrival, our destination leaves your luggage in the room, and feel free to go out for a wander at one of the oases closer to your Riad.


Day 4: Boumalne Dades » Tinghir » Todgha Gorge » Rissani » Sahara Desert (Camel Ride)


Once you finish your breakfast and pack your luggage, we visit the Monkey Finger Rock and the breathtaking Gorge that lies between Msamrir and Boumalne. It’s an incredible site where every traveler can witness the view of mountains, rivers, and curves. From the gorge of Dades, we drive to the Gorges of Todgha, which extend over a distance of 25 kilometers. They are solid, rocky components that do not break easily. The turbid Todgha Valley, flowing year-round, penetrates them.

Have a walk along the river, then we set off again towards Rissani Market. Once we arrive, we will have a walking tour that lasts half an hour in the market to see how different it is from Marrakech’s Market. Lunch in Rissani, then a trip to the Merzouga Desert eave. Experience a camel trek into the desert, marveling at the ever-changing landscapes of the dunes. Stay overnight at a luxury camp in the heart of the Sahara.


Day 5: Sahara Desert Excursion by 4*4


Wake up a bit early today to watch a memorable sunrise over the golden dunes of the Sahara. After breakfast, mount your camel and return to the village to meet your driver guide. Once you meet your driver, you will first drive to the Khamila Village, where people with black skin have created an association that specializes in showing and playing African rhythms for guests. Enjoy your moment with them while having a cup of tea. Once you give them a tip, we move to Mefiss to discover its famous mines, where locals are still extracting minerals, eyeliner, and other expensive stones.

Furthermore, we leave for the Nomads; we will be visiting a Nomad family to explore how they live and their daily routine. Tip them, and let’s continue to have lunch in a Berber traditional restaurant. In the afternoon, you are free to, we will transfer you directly to the hotel or book one of the desert activities for more adventure. 


Day 6: Sahara Desert » Erfoud » Ziz Valley » Midelt » Cedar Forest » Ifrane » Fes


A long journey to Fes, wait for us today. Once you have breakfast and pack your stuff, we leave Merzouga Desert. We will first stop at a panoramic view of Ziz Valley near Errachidia to witness the magical view of uncounted palm trees. From there, we continue to Midelt for a lunch pause. Furthermore, we move on to Cedar Forest in Azrou, where you can see and feed the Barbary Macaques that have migrated from Gibraltar to this forest by commercial ferry.

Afterward, we set off again to Ifrane, nestled in the middle of the Atlas Mountains. The city was a home for wild lions, which lived centuries before here. Ifrane stands out as one of Morocco’s cleanest cities, earning the nickname “Switzerland of Morocco.” Finally, after 9 hours of driving, we reach our destination, Fes. We will be spending the night in a beautiful riad located in the Medina.


Day 7: Fes Sightseeing Tour


After breakfast, begin your day with a charming city tour of Fes. An experienced local guide from the city will be your companion, showing you all the interesting Fes’s sites and answering any questions you might have about the history or anything you didn’t understand. The sightseeing tour It begins at the Blue Gate, or Bab Bou Jeloud, the city’s most recognizable landmark. You will be amazed by the beautiful architecture and detailed blue tile work. Next visit the Fes el-Bali (Old Medina) is one of the world’s largest car-free urban zones, and its winding lanes are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your visit to the Medina includes the tanneries, Bou Inania Madrasa, Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque, and the university. Your city trip will conclude with a return to the riad for the night.


Day 8: Fes » Meknes » Volubilis » Rif Mountains » Chefchaouen


Our journey today will take us north to Chefchaouen, leaving Fes behind. When you’re ready to go, we’ll hit the road. Today, we have a lot of interesting sights to explore. First, today’s visit is to the imperial city of Meknes. You are free to explore on your own and see Bab Mansour, Hri Souani, Sahrij, Qara Prison, and the world-famous Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. After that, we’ll continue driving to Volubilis. North Africa was the epicenter of Roman influence, as evidenced by the most significant archaeological sites and a metropolis buried under rubble. Hire a local guide who stands in front of the entrance gate; they are well-motivated to share with you the real story and history of this ancient town. From there, we leave for Chefchaouen, the blue city of Morocco. (We will arrive after crossing the wonderful Rif Mountains.) Once we are there, spend the rest of the day wandering in the blue-painted streets of the Medina. Stay overnight in a beautiful Riad.


Day 9: Chefchaouen » Tangier » Asilah


Make another wander in the Medina before we leave for Asilah. Once we leave Chefchaouen, we make our way first to Tangier, a city located at the head of Africa known as the Bride of the North. In Tangier, you have so much to see and discover. Take your first stroll through the old Medina. Next, we drive to Cape Spartel, considered the second-closest point to Spain. If you wish to ascend the built-in minaret, simply purchase the entry ticket and proceed. Afterward, we continue to visit the Cave of Hercule. One day, his rein sent Hercule to steal three golden apples from paradise Garden, according to the legend. The apples were believed to confer immortality. On his way to paradise, Hercule stayed in that cave. Later After a pause for lunch, we move on to Asilah for an overnight stay.


Day 10: Asilah » Rabat » Casablanca


The day starts with a typical Moroccan breakfast, and then we keep on our adventure to Casablanca via Rabat. As we drive along the Atlantic Ocean’s coastal line, Rabat offers a plethora of visual delights, including the iconic Hassan’s Tower, a must-see monument during your visit. The tower, an unfinished minaret, holds the potential to become the world’s largest minaret, while the mosque, upon completion, would have become the largest mosque in the Muslim western world.

Following that, we visit Oudays Kasbah. The Moroccan army, preparing to liberate Andalusia, built the Kasbah as a refuge. The next visit is to Challah’s Kasbah. It was an important commercial. However, the information is inaccurate, as excavations have ceased, leaving many of the Kasbah’s features under rubble and unexplored. Furthermore, we continue on to Casablanca. Once we arrive, we drop you off at the hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 11: Casablanca » Marrakech


The adventure of 11 Day Morocco Itinerary; comes to an end. Today your driver guide will be picking you up from the Hotel in Casablanca and take you to visit the Hassan II Mosque. Once you finish, we either transfer you to the airport of Casablanca or the airport of Marrakech depending on your departure flight and time.
